Common Questions & Answers

Q: So I’m hiring pool cleaning technicians that you employ, correct?

A: Yes. At Serenity Pool Care, we provide you with the top-quality service conducted by the Owner / Operator Dan Walloch or one of his trusted team members.

Q: Will the pool cleaners damage my pool?

A: No; the pool cleaner should never damage your pool, and that is why we make sure that all pool technicians are certified and experienced before we deploy them to your property.

Q: Can’t I just acid wash my pool on my own?

A: While you can acid wash your own pool, we do not recommend doing so. Acid washing is a very time-consuming procedure and it’s always best to turn to a trusted expert when it comes to dealing with dangerous chemicals.

Q: How often will my pool cleaner show up?

A: We recommend weekly pool cleaning service, as it has proven to be most effective in maintaining the overall cleanliness, quality, and appearance.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on a service day?

A: In general pool cleaners can work in just about any weather. The only thing that would prevent one from doing their job is lightening. If that is the case, your pool cleaning specialist will likely reschedule with you.

Q: Will my pool cleaner show up unannounced?

A: No, in general a pool cleaning expert will not show up unannounced, unless you have already setup a schedule for him to clean the pool.

Q: Why should my pool technician have certification?

A: When you hire a Certified Pool Operator, or CPO, you can be certain that they have gone through a training course that was created by the National Swimming Pool Foundation. This means that your technician will know exactly what they’re doing and will have the best skills to help protect your investment.
